Same here!!! Very poor communication.
We respond to every message as quickly as possible. At the moment we are operating with a smaller team than usual and we handle communications when we’re not busy with more pressing matters (such as shipping products or delivering on various projects), or during our free time. We expect to get back to normal soon; meanwhile, our typical response latency is up to two weeks. I personally check my inbox about once a week, typically on a weekend.
Hello Pavel, still NO answer. Order 4 EPM gripper 3th of november. Still nothing received, still no clear communication.
really BAD communication and service
There’s been a significant delay in the delivery of the FluxGrip orders due to supply chain issues with some of the components.
We’ve received a new batch of PCBs just today after a long delay.
We’re working on clearing the backlog.
