We respond to every message as quickly as possible. At the moment we are operating with a smaller team than usual and we handle communications when we’re not busy with more pressing matters (such as shipping products or delivering on various projects), or during our free time. We expect to get back to normal soon; meanwhile, our typical response latency is up to two weeks. I personally check my inbox about once a week, typically on a weekend.
