Delivery information for order without account

Hello,
Where can i see tracking details for an order i’ve placed without an account? I received no tracking number and no email and I would like to know the status of my order.

I’ve sent two emails to support@zubax.com and there’s no reply so far.
Any ideas?

The order status will be shared via email you provided at checkout when there’s an update. Be sure to check your spam folder.
