Is it possible to increase the frequency of the esc.Status message?

The status report publication period can be configured via
uavcan.esc_sint (in seconds). When the ESC is idle, the same property is governed by the parameter
p stands for “passive”. The minimum for both is 0.01 s = 10 ms = 100 Hz.
