What is the effect of EPM on other onboard sensors?

I wished to use the OpenGrab EPM for electromagnetic gripping via UAV. So would it affect the other onboard sensors such as GPS, Compass or accelerometer?

Highly unlikely, provided that your compass is situated far enough from the magnet (50 cm should suffice).
