Mike, it looks like magnets or coils in your motor are damaged. Traditional PWM ESC can still spin this motor, because there is quite rough comparator which detects BEMF zero crossings. But in this case your motor has a poor efficiency, lower torque and big torque ripples. It would be dangerous to load this motor up to nominal loads because it will be heavily heated until it’d be absolutely broken. And there’s a big accident risk.
