Hi,
I have a question about the Myxa current control mode: is this the peak current, or phase current, or RMS current, etc?
Thanks.
Hi,
Okay, continuing with the quick start guide here.
Motor control modes
Myxa implements an advanced field-oriented motor control algorithm that features high efficiency and fast response, provided that the controller is configured properly. Myxa supports the following three major motor control modes:
Voltage control mode – in this mode, the controller modulates the specified quadrature axis voltage Uq, ignoring the quadrature axis current Iq, while maintaining the direct axis current Id close…
As described in the Quick start guide the setpoint in the current control mode is the quadrature axis current Iq, which in turn, is equal to the motor phase current amplitude.
