Kucher.dms how to run?

I opted to download Kucher from the link below onto my Ubuntu system. The download resulted in a filed called Kucher.dms

I can not figure out how to run or open this file. Any suggestion? Maybe a link on State-of-the-art PMSM/BLDC motor control solution for aerospace applications and robotics - Télega - Zubax Robotics for those of us that just want to run the binary would be helpful.

Apparently the .dms extension is added by Safari to files that don’t have any extension on their own. That means that you can safely ignore it or rename to the original Kucher (without extension).

The Telega page is waiting to be updated a bit soon.
