Hardware crashed

Hi Pavel,
unfortunately, after a landing, the camera crashed over the zubax and ALL can are broken (completely unsolder) exept for the main connection (Can to usb).
I’ve tried the GPS using the usb connection and it is work, but now I’m not able to connect using a normal can port to the pixhawk.

Is there a cable that uses the main CAN port to the DF13 connection?

Hi Marco,

Unfortunately, the bigger connector is not a CAN port, it’s UART port, so it cannot be used as a replacement. If you connectors are not significantly damaged, I suggest to just solder them back as they were.

where can I buy a set of CAN terminators and plug in europe?
Onedrone (where I bought zubax) has not availability.

Unfortunately I am not aware of any source in EU at the moment, but you can buy that from NicaDrone, they ship worldwide. See nicadrone.com/index.php?id_categ … r=category.

Hi Pavel,
i’ve obtained all plugs.
Unfortunately seems that reconnecting just one CAN1 plug, the board non receiving power.
Is it necessary to resolder all plugs broken ?
Take into account that the board with just the uart connection works fine.

Hi Marco,

Make sure that the fuses F1/F2 and diodes D2/D3 are not damaged. You can see them on this diagram at the bottom close to connectors:

unfortunately the diode seems to be broken. Any chance to fix it?

If you’re not using doubly redundant CAN bus, you can just replace the diodes with solder blobs.
