While attempting to diagnose the problems we were experiencing with the LNA SAW failure on several of our GNSS 2 modules, we fried D4 while connected to the debug port and powering over USB. D4 is visibly damaged, but we would like to replace it to see if the rest of the unit is salvageable. Based on the package marking, I see that this diode is a 4.9v 1w zener by ROHM, part number KDZTR4.7B. Is this correct?
This doesn’t seem correct. D1, D2, D3, and D4 are Schottky diodes PMEG3005EB,115 by Nexperia/NXP.
