I would like to use an encoder with our telega based ESC with GPIO2. What are the options?

I assume that by encoder you mean specifically a rotor position sensor similar to an end switch that allows parking the propeller in a specific orientation. There is hardware support but the software needs some extension to accommodate this. Currently, we cannot offer this as part of our free support program due to shortage of human resources; we could organize this as a commercial project though.
